Philosophy & Services

Sarah is passionate about helping women step IN2 a new life of strength and confidence in a supportive fitness community. She understands that it takes time and support to strengthen our bodies after pregnancy from the inside out. She focuses not only on training her clients but also on educating them on the importance of self care, nutrition and awareness both physically and mentally through every stage life. In an industry that can often lead to comparison and competition, the fitness community at IN2Life Personal Training is one of support and encouragement helping clients find a place of belonging and trust. Sarah loves to see clients connect with each other forming friendships and support networks that last a lifetime. 

 

IN2Life Personal Training is for women at all stages of life and motherhood. We want women to feel strong and healthy from the inside out and do so by providing safe and effective exercises to help post natal abdominal separation and pelvic floor. Our 1:1 and women’s group fitness sessions include a variety of cardio, resistance and core stability exercises helping our clients to improve tone, strength, fitness and overall well being.

            GROUP FITNESS 

 

Group Fitness classes are run in the Ponds and Norwest Business Park. They include:

 

9:30am MUMS ON THE RUN

- outdoor group training training for women at all stages of motherhood

- Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Ponds (kids are welcome)

- Tuesday in Kellyville 

 

NIGHT OPS Group Training

- mixed group training

- Monday and Wednesday nights in Norwest Business Park

 

All classes include a variety of cardio fitness, and resistance training to help you get fit, lose weight and have fun while you do it!

            ONE ON ONE PT

 

One-on-one personal training is just that - PERSONAL!

 

Its is a great way to build strength and confidence  in a non-threatening environment. We can meet in a local park or your home so you feel comfortable training.

 

Sarah has over 22 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She has been training clients in Sydney for over 15 years and is passionate about seeing men and women reach their health and fitness goals. She was a 2021 AusActive Finalist for Group Exercise Instructor of the Year.

 

She is a Level 3 certificate IV qualified personal trainer, is registrered with AusActive and is a MumSafe™️ trainer.

Her Qualifications include: Safe Return to Exercise for Pre and Post Natal women, MENOFitness Instructor (helping women use exercise to combat symptoms of menopause), and Matt O'Neill's Metabolic Jumpstart Nutrition Coaching.
