I'm Sarah and I am the owner of IN2Life Personal Training. I am passionate about helping women gain strength and confidence in a supportive fitness community.

Where it all began - 

At IN2Life Personal Training, we want to help you take time for yourself to feel strong and healthy from the inside out. Being a business owner and mum of 2 active boys, I understand the importance of making time for myself in order to keep healthy and strong for all that life brings my way. I have been in the fitness industry for over 28 years, starting weight training myself in my late teens. Over the years, this personal passion for fitness lead me to study to become a personal trainer in 2005. I completed my Certificate III and IV in Personal Training and am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer through the AUSactive

 

I worked as a manager and personal trainer in a boutique gym for 4 years working with both men and women of all fitness levels. After the birth of my first son, I realised the importance of taking time and listening to my body when it came to improving my strength and fitness post pregnancy. Like many clients I train today, I felt the pressure to bounce back to my “pre baby” body and knew women needed to have better tools and understanding to help them build from the inside out. 

 

I started IN2Life Personal Training in 2010 and began working with women both pre and post pregnancy to help them build strength from the inside out. Over the past 14 years, I have worked with hundreds of women of of all fitness levels and helped them overcome not only the physical but also mental challenges that have lead them to step into a new life of strength and confidence by improving their health and fitness. 

 

I have completed my Safe Return to Exercise course and am a MumSafe™️ personal trainer because I understands the importance of working as a team with other allied health professionals to help women exercise safely and effectively at all stages of life and motherhood.
