IN2Life Group Fitness classes have been running for over 7 years and are held each week at various times and locations in the Ponds and Norwest Business Park. All classes include a variety of cardio boxing, cardio fitness, and resistance training to help you get fit, lose weight and have fun while you do it!
EARLY MUMS ON THE RUN
This is an outdoor fitness class for women who are TIME STARVED but want to:
- Get fit,
- Lose weight and have fun all before the sun rises!
The class involves cardio THUMP boxing, weights and cardio circuits
Tuesday and Thursdays at sunrise in the Ponds
MUMS ON THE RUN
This is an outdoor fitness class for ALL women who:
- just need some "me" time
- never have time to exercise
- want to look & feel better
- classes also cater towards pregnant mums and new mums with bubs
Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am in the Ponds
NIGHT OPS GROUP TRAINING
This is an outdoor group fitness class for men and women who want to:
- Get fit
- Lose weight
- and Have fun!
The class involves cardio THUMP boxing, weights and cardio circuits as well as boot camp style training
Monday and Wednesday at 7pm in Norwest Business Park
ONLINE LIVE CLASSES
These are LIVE online group training classes in the comfort of your own home or yard.nYou still get technique correction and guidance from our trainer-just like face to face training -only different!
The class involves cardio, resistance and overall body toning.
Currently these classes are running in replacement of our outdoor fitness classes -
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30am
Tuesday & Thursdays 5:30am
Monday & Wednesdays 7pm
