GROUP CLASSES

IN2Life Group Fitness classes have been running for over 15 years and are held each week at various times and locations in the Ponds, Kellyville and Norwest Business Park. All classes include a variety of cardio fitness and resistance training to help you gain strength & confidence in a fun and supportive fitness community!

MUMS ON THE RUN 

This is an outdoor fitness class for ALL women who:

- want to make time for their our health & fitness

- want to build strength & confidence

- are looking for a supportive fitness community

 

Classes are designed for women at all stages of life & all fitness levels. Helping mums return to exercise safely after pregnancy.

 

Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am in the Ponds

 

Tuesdays at 9:30am in Kellyville

NIGHT OPS GROUP TRAINING

 

This is an outdoor group fitness class for men and women who want to build strength & confidence in a fun, supportive fitness community

 

These classes involve resistance weight training and cardio circuits. All equipment is provided in the class.

 

Monday and Wednesday at 7pm in Norwest Business Park
